Gerald V. Mckenna was born on May 24, 1939 in Boston, MA to his late mother Ann S. Hassey of Arlington, MA and His late father Robert J. Mckenna of Dedham, MA. He is survived by his son Daniel McKenna of Plymouth, MA. and his son Michael McKenna of Sanbornville, NH, 2 daughter-in-laws- Kathaleen McKenna of Plymouth and Liz Stillings of Sanbornville, NH. 3 Granddaughters Danielle Edgington of Salem, NH. Joelle McKenna of Medford, MA and Ashli Carnicelli of Durnham, NC, two Grandsons Cody McKenna of Sanbornville, NH and Kyle McKenna of Plymouth , MA and 4 Great granddaughters- in Durnham, NC Adaline , Amelia, Isla , and Everly also 1 great granddaughter in Salem, NH Kiera Edgington and 1 great grandson in Salem, NH Egan Edgington.

Gerry was deeply committed to his journey of sobriety and was a strong advocate of Alcoholics Anonymous. He was always ready to help with those struggling with addiction. His dedication was a testament to his belief in the power of the twelve steps.
