Gerrie was such a sweet and dear person. She thought a lot about other people. I remember all of the good times we shared as children. We had so many special cousins and we shared so many wonderful memories. Gerrie got to travel and see a lot of things in her lifetime and always maintained her gentle ways. I will miss her. God Bless all of your family members.

We are so scattered as a family these days, and it saddens me that I see so little of my relatives. I recall the wonderful days of our youth, when we gathered at Grandmama Bass's. I have lost a sweet and dear cousin whose company I always enjoyed. God bless you, her immediate family, and every one of us a we proceed in our sorrow. HE will watch over us.
