Thomas Norris Obituary
He was preceded in death by a son, Chuck Norris; and his parents, Thomas and Gladys Norris.
Survivors include his wife, Dorothy Norris; two daughters, Lynn (Jason) Howard, and Rosemary (Joe) Gant, all of Bardstown; a daughter-in-law, Mary Norris, of New Hope; 12 grandchildren, Melinda Norris, Christopher Norris, Brad Norris, Justin Smith, Andrew Smith, Derek Smith, Cody Gant, Jerica Gant, Megan Howard, Allie Howard, Grace Howard, and Emma Howard; six great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Jeanette (Steve) Mattingly, of Raywick, and Anna Faye Norris, of Columbus, Ind.
A funeral Mass will be 11 a.m. Friday, Sept. 4, at the Basilica of St. Joseph Proto-Cathedral, with burial in St. Joseph Cemetery. The Rev. Bill Hammer will officiate.
Visitation will be 3-8 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 3, and 9-10:15 a.m. Friday, Sept. 4, at Barlow Funeral Home.
Memorial contributions may go to American Heart Association.
Barlow Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
