MOUNTAIN TOP — Glenmore Harry Henry "Pop Pop," 50, of Mountain Top, passed away surrounded by his family Aug. 7, 2016, in Celtic Hospice Inpatient Unit at Geisinger South Wilkes-Barre.
Glen was born in Wilkes-Barre, July 26, 1966. He was the son of the late Harry Henry and the late Elizabeth (Fox) Henry.
Glen was a graduate of Crestwood High School. He was employed by Small Mountain Quarry. Unfortunately, his illness got the best of him and had to stop working. He loved his wife and his family, going to the ends of the earth for them.
He loved being outdoors, sports and wood-working (which was self-taught). He was a Steelers and Pittsburgh Pirates fan, and also the biggest Jimi Hendrix fan around.
Surviving are his wife of 19 years, Nancy (Ramirez) Henry, the love of his life; his children, Holly Buchalla, Jory Buchalla and Christopher Buchalla and wife, Liz; and, of course, his amazing grandson, Phoenix, who made his last part of life bearable, and soon-to-be Alice; brother, Richard Henry; sister, Trish Henry; numerous aunts and uncles.
I want to give a personal thank you to Celtic Hospice, who made his last time on earth easier; Doctor Laura and Andrea, whose humor and great care made him more comfortable.
Pennsylvania Cremation Society will be handling the arrangements.
Come celebrate Glen's life at our home after 1 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 13. Share a memory, a laugh or a tear.

So sorry for your loss. I used to talk with Glenmore when he would call for Donna. We spoke about all kinds of things and even laughed at times. I will miss his calls. Rest in peace!
