GLORIA T. (FERRERA)
Age 94, of Penn Hills, passed away peacefully on April 7, 2018. Wife of the late John Grasso; daughter of Mary and Frank Ferrera; loving mother of Rose "Bunny" (Chuck) Schwartz and Dennis (Cindy) Grasso; grandmother of Nicole (Kevin) Waugh, Michael (Traci) Grasso, Bryan (Wendy) Grasso; great-grandmother of Evie, Lucas, Avery, John; step-grandmother of Jen (Shawn) Mars, Mindy (Chad) Thompson, step-great- grandmother to Ezra, Hailey and Reese; sister of Martha Perfetto and the late Ang Chieflo and Nick Ferrera. Gloria worked at Penn Hills School Cafeteria and Westinghouse. She was a devoted wife and mother. Her family was her life. We would like to thank Dr. Bahl for his exceptional care over the years and our cousins who were there for her in time of need. Friends received in the WILLIAM F. GROSS FUNERAL HOME, LTD., 11735 Frankstown Road (at Rodi Road), Penn Hills, on Tuesday 2–4 and 6-8 p.m. Funeral Prayers Wednesday 9:30 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Bartholomew Church, 10 a.m. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to a charity of your choice.

Bunny, I am so sorry to hear about your Mother's passing. She was very dear to my Mother Eileen. You have my deepest sympathy. No matter how old or how sick our parents are, it is still hard to see them go. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this time.
