Guenter ANDREWS Obituary
Peacefully, in the arms of his beloved wife of 49 years, Myrna on May 7, 2017 at 80 years of age. Cherished uncle of several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Herbert and Marta (née Fahlteich) and dear sister, Margot. Born in Hamburg, Germany, Guenter was a dedicated employee of Voyageur and Greyhound for 46 years. The family offers special thanks to the staff and volunteers of Maycourt Hospice, especially Dr. Scherling. Friends may pay their respects at the

Myrna,
Guenter was the heart of our 'Court family'. He was always there to fix a flat tire or help with seasonal tire changes, drive kids who missed their bus to school, take us to the airport for vacations and always welcoming the kids back home from university with a smile and a hug. He was a genuine, unassuming and caring soul who was a treasure to have as a neighbour and friend. He will be terribly missed. Our sincere condolences to you Myrna.

Dear Myrna--I am so very sorry to hear of Guenter's passing.He was an excellent mechanic at Voyageur was always on hand with a pleasant smile when I had trouble with my bus.I also loved it when you would stop by in Richmond to say hello on your way to your cottage. Again my deepest sympathy.Ray Fraser
