I just saw this post. So sorry and so very sad. I worked with Gwen many years ago in Saratoga ,New York. Have never worked with a kinder, caring, and funnier person. She taught me so much and in my 38 year career as a nurse, her mentoring helped me often. Bless you Gwen and family.

I am saddened of the passing of a dear friend and former coworker RN. I enjoyed long talks and the friendship I shared with her even after my retirement six years ago. I loved her infectious laugh. We helped each other with our patients and she was always attentive and caring and loved her patients. I send my condolences to the family. I only met Brandi through my daughter, Paige Randall. They worked together many years ago at the Learning Tree. I send my thoughts and prayers to her children and her husband,.

I have so many great memories working with Mrs Gwen on 5C at Memorial. She and I would share so many laughs when exchanging “charge report” at work. She was such a lovely lady and an amazing nurse. She always had a positive attitude and friendly smile everyday. She impacted so many of us younger nurses and we will forever be grateful. Rest In Peace Mrs. Gwen.

I had the honor of working with Gwen from the beginning of my nursing career 16 years ago. She was a mentor and role model to all of us. She had a loving and caring attitude not only to her patients but her team members as well. She will be missed at Memorial. May the love of friends and family carry you all through your grief. Heaven is a better place with Gwen in it. My condolences . Forever 5C!

I had the privilege and honor of working with Gwen at Memorial. She was a great nurse as well as a friend. Always willing to listen to me and help me find resolve and a lot of difficult days. It saddens my heart that she is gone but we know that Heaven gained an Angel and that makes me feel a little better. Love you Gwen!!

My aunt Gwen is a treasure. I will always use the present tense for her and all my family because gems like this are NEVER lost or will never go away. I appreciate all the times I got a chance to spend with her. I loved her work ethic and how she just held her kingdom down like Grandma. She is well spoken, funny , down to earth and just a beautiful woman inside and out! She lives on forevermore and will always be here! I just want to say I love you Gwen and I’m sorry I didn’t reach out in the end but I’m grateful for that last long phone conversation we had! I love you lady!
