Dear Mrs Moffatt and Family:
Please accept my deepest sympathy on the loss of your dear husband and father; I will certainly miss seeing him going for his walks on Clayton Road, cutting the grass, and certainly driving his Antique Tractors in the Navan Fair Parade! I remember his great sense of humour, having met him years ago at the Fair. God bless you all.

Dear Aunt Ruth and Family,
I was sadden by the news of uncle Harold's sudden passing. I have many fond memories of meeting him for the first time when we all came for a visit in July of 1996. One of these memories was getting to go to my first ever tractor pull . It was awesome!!!
All of you there will be in our thoughts out here in Alberta.

Dear Ruth, Ivan, Keith, Joyce and Families:
We are so sorry to hear of Harold passing so suddenly. What a shock.
I just wanted to share my appreciation of being included into one of your family Christmas gatherings in Bearbrook Hall about 7 Christmases ago. It had a huge impact on me. Harold and Ruth had been hosting these gatherings with and for your incredible families for years, with love, laughter and humour. Harold had said at that time that it was time to pass the torch onto the younger parents and I'm sure they are doing a great job. But what impressed me was how Harold and Ruth had brought the importance of family to all of you and how you were all shining with love. I felt honoured to be included. May all the memories you have, keep his shining spirit in all of you.
My kids and I also had the privilege to be home on the 7th of Nov. when we had the opportunity to bask in that extended family love again. Thanks. Sending love and hugs. Brenda, Howard, Darwyn and Odessa.
