Age 87, of Glassport, on Wednesday, April 23, 2014. Beloved husband of the late Melva (Leake) Volk; loving father of Harold J. Volk and Diane (David Murawski) Finger; grandfather of Daniel (Rachael) Finger, Todd and George Volk; five great- grandchildren; also survived by nieces and nephews. Friends received 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Sunday only at BRUSCO - NAPIER FUNERAL SERVICE, LTD., 2201 Bensonia Ave., Pittsburgh, PA 15216. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Catherine of Siena Church on Monday at 10 a.m. Interment in St. Ann Cemetery. Add a tribute at:

I believe Harold was a co-worker at M&G convoy inc. in New Stanton,PA. in late 70s and all through tne 80s. He was a nice mann and I always liked to be around the man. Im sure he will be missed. Peter J.Nyznyk.

I used to work with Babe at Micon in Glassport. One of the partners in the company was nice enough to give me a heads up on this great man's passing knowing I was a fan/friend of his.
Babe was such a likeable individual. He was a great guy to have around to make those 9-5 days go by quickly. He will be sorely missed.
I too was from Beechview, PA. Attended St Catherine's Grade School and ofcourse-Church. Babe and I always had much to say about that town.
With a heavy heart I wish Babe a great journey and to the family please know he was very much loved by many.
