Harry R. Tuman Jr.

Private funeral services were held for Harry R. "Butch" Tuman Jr., 52, of Coal Center who died Saturday, May 17, 2014, in UPMC Presbyterian Hospital, Pittsburgh. Born Nov. 9, 1961, in Charleroi, he is the son of Harry R. Sr. and Connie (Knight) Tuman of Dunlevy. For years, Harry owned 5-B Construction Co. which later became Tuman Contracting. Prior to that, he worked for the Guttman Oil Co. in Dunlevy as truck driver. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Kathy (Weber) Tuman whom he married in 1985; three sons, Brock Tuman Sr. (Toni McGinsky) of Webster, Brenen Tuman of Hawaii and Blake Tuman of Coal Center; three daughters, Bobbie Tuman of Monessen, Brianna (Sean) Gillespie of Coal Center and Becca Tuman of Coal Center; two brothers, John Tuman and Victor (Vicki) Tuman of Charleroi; and his mother-in-law, Theresa Weber of North Charleroi. Preceding him in death were a son, Garrett Lee Tuman who died in 1985; an infant sister, Connie Su and his father-in-law, Peter Weber who died in 1998. A Mass of Christian Burial was held in St. Damien of Molokai Parish, Transfiguration Church, Monongahela on Thursday, May 22, 2014. Interment followed in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Carroll Township.
