Harvey Kenneth Justice III, age 28, of Selbyville, DE died Sunday, January 15, 2023 at Christiana Hospital in Newark along side his daughter Elleigh Marie Barton who died Saturday January 14, 2023. He was born in Rockhill, SC and was the son of Shona L. (Boyer) Justice‑Hancock, the late Harvey Kenneth Justice Jr. and step-dad Michael Hancock.
Harvey was a jack of all trades but mostly worked as an auto mechanic and for Justice Seal Coating.
In addition to his mother and step‑dad he is survived by sister, Chelsea Justice of Fort Lauderdale, FL; nephew, Tristyn Lynch of Salisbury, MD; grandparents, Kevin and Cathy Lynch of Selbyville, DE, Emma Henry and Harv Justice; fiancé, Logan D. Pepper and daughter Calleigh Justice of Selbyville, DE; three aunts, Elsie Justice, Regina Henry, Misty Roberts and uncle, Joshua Boyer.
A memorial service will be held at 3:00 pm on Saturday, January 28, 2023 at Selbyville Vol. Fire Co., 30 N. Main Street in Selbyville.

Harvey, I only got to meet you once at the Christmas parade and you guys had so many ideas that would make the parade next year so much better! So sorry you had to to leave soo soon!! I hope you see how many people lives you inspired. I know I'll miss the stories Joel had to tell me. Rip Harvey. You will be missed greatly!!

Oh little Brother, it's maddening to see such a good soul called up. You were a young man who really cared and had a passion. You didn't always know what direction you were taking yourself, but that's to be expected in someone so young. When you figure a few things out, you were 110% on it. Your love of Family, Animals and Mechanics were just the top of that list. I sure am gonna miss you little Brother. Rest in Peace
