I worked with Harvey on a number of cases over the years. He will be missed. My fondest memory of him was shortly after he arrived in Dallas. We were attending a conference on the Legalization program. It had been some time since I had heard anyone speak in the dulcet tones of my New York home. I introduced Harvey to then Father Kilian Broderick, who heading Catholic Charities Immigration at the time. Harvey nodded and said fa'da as only a New Yorker could. My condolences to all.

I am sorry for your loss. I knew your father through my old boss and mentor, Wallace Heitman. He always had nice things to say about Harvey and respected him very much. Wally was a very tough person to impress so that made me think highly of Harvey. I just wanted you to know that Harvey made a contribution to the world and you should be proud.
