I am Heather's aunt. Her dad is my nephew, Mike. I am so thankful for Facebook because it made it possible to get to know my niece, Heather, and now her sister. We moved to Eugene, Oregon from Alexandria, Virginia in 1956. Since I found beautiful, sweet, caring, loving Heather on Facebook, I have always wanted to get to know her in person. The miles are what did not make that possible. I am beyond saddened by the loss of Heather. Reading back on her Timeline on Facebook, it is so obvious to me what was going on. I so wish I could have been of some help. There are no words that can express at what a great loss this is.
It was so wonderful seeing the pictures that her dad and mom, Mike and Ann, would send to my mom (Heather's great grandmother - my dad passed away in 1963) of Heather and her sister. My family so loved them, and thank you so much, Mike and Ann. My heart goes out to the three of you. I am extremely saddened by what her beautiful children are going through. Such a great loss. My heart breaks.
My husband, Rich, and I are sending our condolences and love to all of Heather's family.
