Heather Hammer Obituary
Heather is survived by her daughter Haley Hall; son Trevor Hall; parents Jerry and Dianne; brothers James K. (Angie) Hammer and Jeffrey S. Hammer; sister-in-law Natalie Hammer; 4 nieces and 2 nephews: very special friend Rose Martin.
Heather was preceded in death by her brother J. Michael Hammer; niece Ashley Hammer; ex-husband Michael "Tony" Hall.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the family to help with expenses.
Service to celebrate Heather's life will be 2:00 pm Monday, June 18, 2018 at Sunset Funeral Home 8800 N. Alpine Road in Machesney Park; visitation for Heather will be from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens.
