PLYMOUTH Helen "Patsy" (Ryan) Ricciarelli, of Plymouth, formerly of Braintree, died at home, Wednesday, Sept. 24, 2008. She was 74. Mrs. Ricciarelli was the beloved wife of 52 years of Peter Ricciarelli. Born in South Boston, Sept. 4, 1934, Mrs. Ricciarelli was a daughter of the late John and Helen (Linskey) Ryan. She graduated from North Quincy High School in 1953 and worked as a crossing guard for the town of Braintree for 20 years, until her retire-ment in 1997. Mrs. Ricciarelli had been a resident of Plymouth for the past 10 years. She is lovingly remembered by her family as being a devoted mother and grandmother, who loved spending time with her grandchildren. In addition to her husband, Mrs. Ricciarelli is survived by her five children, Lianne Ricciarelli of The Villages, Fla., Carol Portman of Lake Mary, Fla., Michael Ricciarelli of Bellingham, Peter Ricciarelli Jr. and his wife Ann Marie of Whitman and Scott Ricciarelli of Las Vegas. She is also survived by six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Her funeral will be from the Bolea-Buonfiglio Funeral Home, 116 Franklin St., Quincy, Monday, Sept. 29, at 9 a.m., followed by a funeral Mass in St. Johns Church, 44 School St., Quincy, at 10 a.m. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Visiting hours are Sunday 2-6 p.m. Interment in Blue Hill Cemetery, Braintree. In lieu of flowers, donations in Helens memory may be made to Cranberry Hospice, 36 Cordage Park Circle, Plymouth, MA 02360.
