Oh, dear Sallie--How we have been missing you and Hank on our beautiful Island. So with that in mind we will try to imagine that Hank is creating a Hawaiian setting for the rest of us to visit when the time is right. The spirit of Aloha dwells within. Lovingly, Maggie and Phil

Aunt Sallie, John and Andy,
You know you and Uncle Hank are part of my most wonderful childhood memories, both in Richmond and at the beach. I'm so glad my parents lived in Westham Green so I got to have you in my life! When/if I ever learn to scuba dive, it will be in his honor! I hope he and Tommy are having a ball together up in heaven.
Much love to all,
Mary Lane

Dear Sallie and Family
On behalf of all of us at Rock of Ages, I send my sympathy on your loss of Hank. He was a very special person and a truly great sales representative for our Company. I will never forget Hank's outstanding story (joke) telling ability complete with proper accents and acting skills which he demonstrated at the very first group meeting we had after we bought Rock of Ages in 1984. He was great fun to be with no matter where we were. I will also never forget begging and pleading with him to stay on with us and not retire. I even proposed significant enhancements to induce him to stay. Always the true gentlemen, he said he loved his job with Rock of Ages but loved his family more and wanted to spend more time with them rather than being on the road constantly. There was no possible way to change his mind given that fact. In your time of loss I hope you will remember and be pleased that he made the right decision to retire when he did so he could spend more time with all of you. We at Rock of Ages share your loss.
Sincerely
Kurt Swenson
