Herbert Cullis Obituary
Along with his parents he is predeceased by siblings Samuel Leon Cullis, Sr. and Francis (Cullis) Pennell. He is survived by loving wife Barbara Kilby; her children, Michael Kilby of Germany, Sean Kilby and Sylvia Hardy of Gaithersburg; Brother T. Carlton Cullis of Severna Park; six loving grandchildren; eight nieces and nephews and their families. Burial will be private, but there will be a Celebration of Life in the spring.

I knew Herb for 55 years. He was a modest and honorable person, and a brilliant engineer/scientist whose inventions helped save hundreds of millions of lives all over the world. That was his passion and all the compensation he wanted or needed. I am greatly saddened by his passing.
