Herbert "Herb" Todd

Herb "Herbert" Todd, 65, of Ohio, passed away on May 8, 2024, in Daytona, Florida. Herb was known for his selfless nature, always willing to lend a helping hand without expecting anything in return. He had a heart of gold and would go above and beyond for those he cared about.

Herb is survived by his significant other, Ginger, and their children Justice, Alexandria, Samual, Zachary as well as Benjamin and Timothy by first wife Susan. He is also survived by his sisters Rose and Melody, along with their families, and his Aunt Lillian, Uncle Robert, Aunt Amparo. Larry, JoAnn and Skip who considered him to be a son. Herb was preceded in death by his brother Leon, mother Lois, father Howard, and Uncle Eugene.

A Celebration of Life Memorial Service in honor of Herb will be held at the end of May or early June. The service will be a cookout, a fitting tribute to Herb's love for bringing people together. Herb hated funerals, Celebration of Life in Reed Canal Park 919 Reed Canal Rd South Daytona FL 32119 from 10am to 1pm on May 27, 2024, having cookout. RSVP , family too, need cookout food and drinks. I will make list in comments and you can respond in comments so everyone can see what is being brought. No alcohol. Dress however you want. Instead of flowers, plant tree saplings, Herb cut down a lot of trees in 40 years.

Herbert Todd worked as a groundsman/driver trimming trees, cutting trees, cleaning it up, grinding stumps, etc .. He worked for Redwood Tree Service Port Orange. He loved working for Ben.

Herb will be deeply missed by all who knew him, but his legacy of kindness and generosity will live on in the hearts of those he touched.
