Mr. Hezekiah Brown was an important man who meant a lot to different groups of people. I personally will miss randomly seeing him at Hi Nabor and tasting his delicious jambalaya and pastalaya. As a part of B.R.Sigma Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta, I thoroughly enjoyed working with Mr. Brown at New Sunlight the 1st Saturdays of the month. He really enjoyed feeding the homeless and interacting with us. We loved him and he will truly be missed.

Mr. Brown was a very special person who loved his family, his friends, but most of all his church. While dropping off tithes and offerings on Sunday mornings for ill family members, he always made me feel welcome to his scrumptious breakfast. His kind spirit will be forever missed and cherished.
