When Mom called to tell me, I had a rush of memories. The State uniform winter jacket and the metal lunch box; the truck we were allowed to practice body work on; the case of Pabst Blue ribbon given as thanks for plowing our driveway and creating snowbanks to tunnell through; the home baked gingerbread men at Christmas (from Mrs. O'Neill)...most of all I recall the families he took care of who lived in the trailer park. This is a place where we as kids spent endless hours of our time playing, laughing, living. Mr. O'Neill, as I know him, is as much a part of my childhood memories as any of my own family. That is how I think of the entire O'Neill family, as part of my own. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

My sincere condolences to all of Hi's family.

I knew them well, when we all used to live in Dannemora. Our children went to the same school and were friends. I'll always cherish those memories.

When Hi and Anita spend the winter months in Florida, I see them frequently at "Immaculate Heart of Mary's Church" in Silver Spring Shores.
