Christopher, Andrew and family,

Our deepest condolences on the loss of your mom.
Imelda will be deeply missed by all of us!
She was a wonderful lady and mom!

Take comfort in the fact that she got to see her boys grow up be successful and carry-on the family.
What more could a mom ask for.

She's with you dad now.
Which is good because my dad was probably driving your dad nuts!
So now he's got his wife back.

Lots of love,

David, Cathy,
Adam & Katie Bayer

Mo chara Aintín Melda,

Ar cheann de na cuimhní cinn is sine agus is fearr a bhí agam bhí ár gcéad chuairt chun tú a fheiceáil i gCeanada. Sílim go raibh mé cúig bliana d'aois. D'oscail tú doirse do theach, do theaghlach agus do chroí dúinn go léir fad ar ais mar sin an chéad uair a bhuail mé leat agus bhí siad ar oscailt ó shin i leith.
Bhí dúil mhór againn do spraoi agus fuinnimh ach den chuid is mó, díreach do chuideachta. Sna blianta ina dhiaidh sin nuair a bhí an t-ádh dearg orm mo theaghlach féin a bheith agam ba bhreá leo tú a fheiceáil ag teacht agus an t-éadrom te a d´athrófaí.

Bhí tú i do stór Melda fíor. Beidh tú caillte go brónach anseo agus i ngach áit.

Le Love Allways, Damien, Denise, Cormac, John, Seamus agus Einin.

Go gcuire ádh na nÉireannach ort. Beannacht Naomh Pádraig duit.

To My Dear Auntie Melda,

One of my oldest and fondest memories was our first visit to see you in Canada. I think I was five . You opened the doors to your home, your Family and your heart to us all here way back then the first time I met you and they were open ever since.
We loved your fun and energy but mostly , just your company. In later years when I was lucky enough to have my own Family they loved to see you coming and the warm embace that would be exchanged.

You were a true treasure Melda. You will be sadly missed here and everywhere.

With Love Allways, Damien, Denise, Cormac, John, Seamus and Einin.

May the luck of the Irish enfold you. May the blessings of Saint Patrick behold you.

Share so many special times with our Aunty Melba. Myself, Paula, Daniel and Emily will always cherish the wonderful holiday we had in Canada some years back. Imelda was so loving and funny and I truly enjoyed every minute we spent together since as long as I can remember. Chris and Andrew your mum was so great and our thoughts and prayers are with you all today and these next days and months as you mourn her passing. I do hope that you also have time to cherish memory and celebrate a wonderful mother, grandmother, aunty and friend. I will leave you with one very fond memory of a car journey with Melba... weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee..

Much loved Aunty Melda, who will be forever missed. Always lots of cheeky laughs and good times whether at her home or her home away from home here in Ireland. Forever remembered for managing to get your favourite sweater off you when she was going back to Canada and sometimes you might be lucky to get a swap. Those sweaters will now be forever cherished. She had a great wit and and great love for her family and friends. Love to Andrew, Christopher, Erica, JR and Mason whom she was so proud off. Lorraine
