What a great guy and a class act! I have so many memories of Irv from when Kevin and I were in high school! He will be greatly missed. My thoughts and prayers are with the whole Powell family.

I've been thinking about your family so much the last few days and the one thing that keeps coming to me is how much Irving's family meant to him. Family really was everything to him.
He was a great man that was always willing to help and be there for anyone who asked. He was also kind (not in a boastful way, but in a quiet unnoticed way) always willing to give the shirt off his back. I will always treasure these memories of a great man and his wonderful family.
