SHELTON, Billy Joe Mr. Billy Joe Shelton, age 67 of Jonesboro, passed away on Monday, March 25, 2013. Mr. Shelton was born in Kingston, Tennessee on January 29, 1946. He is preceded in death by his parents, Harvey Reese Shelton and Frances Glenn Shelton; brothers, Ed Parks, Bobby Shelton. Mr. Shelton was formerly employed with Sherwin-Williams Company. Survivors include his wife, Dorothy Jan Oliver Shelton; children, Pamela Dawn Wood, James Steven Shelton; step daughter, Jennifer Lynn Havens; grandchildren, Justin Wood, Ava Havens; great grandchild, Cayden Wood; sisters; Nina Brown, Nelma Collett; several nieces and nephews. Memorial services for Mr. Billy Joe Shelton will be conducted on Saturday, March 30, 2013 at 4:00pm in the Chapel of Conner-Westbury Funeral Home. Friends may visit the family following the service.
