My deepest sympathy to the Hanvey family. I worked with Jim for 11 yrs @ Conair and lived in Barnegat until I retired 2 yrs ago to Pennsylvania. Jim was a very quiet person, very polite, genuine laugh. What a nice man. I'm glad to have worked with him. So sad to hear of his passing. He will be missed. Valerie Anderson ~ Terre Hill, PA

"It may be difficult to understand this now in your moment of grief but you have not lost a husband, son, father or friend in death; you have simply entered into the next phase of your relationship with him. This is called the phase of remembrance.
You all can attest to the fact that Jim touched each of your lives in a special way and each of you will have your own special memories of him.
"Over the next few days, weeks, months, even years, you will all touch something, hear something or see something, that will make you think of him ... Do not be afraid of any of these moments, instead, embrace them, treasure them, for they are the jewels of Jim's life that he has given you. These are Jim's special legacy ...

Keeping your family in my prayers,

Kevin Romer

There are places in your heart that will forever treasure Jim's love and strength. There are places in your memory that will forever remember his stories and traditions, his humor and generosity. Memories of Jim will always hold an important place in your life. The love you shared will keep him close forever. There are many hearts that ache for you at this time of loss...and though no one can take away your sorrow, may the support and concern of others help give you the strength you need from day to day. May your memories bring you comfort during this difficult time.
