For my beloved baby brother: I miss you terribly...it will be a beautiful day and I will think of you going to play golf or I will hear someone with a voice, deep and rich, as yours was, and I will begin to cry. I think of the resurrection and then I know you will not remain sleeping in death forever. I patiently wait upon that day...when you will be returned to us. I love you.

Dear Linker Family,
You had such a wonderful son! I knew him from 7th grade on. He's one of those people who will always have a place in our hearts. He is truly unforgettable.
Jim, thanks for being you! I hope to see you again someday! I will never forget you.

My condolences to the Linker family. I haven't seen any of you guys in ages. Work and new families took us away. Jim was one of my first true friends in this world and he will be sorely missed. I will always remember the sleepovers, Nan's sandwiches, basketball on your driveway, and riding Jim's Green motorcycle all over Coulwood. Fond memories that will not be forgotten.

Jimmy had a gracious smile and a welcoming heart. Although we had not seen each other in sometime, you could always count on Jimmy greating with that smile and that heart as if you were as close as ever and genuinely glad to see you.

This is to George Linker.Hey George this is Byron Murray. Jim was the first person i ever met when we moved into the Barwicks old house just above yall. Mama was still cutting jims hair just a few weeks ago. Seems like every friend i ever had just faded away over the years. The only ones i still ever see was Jim and Roger Ward. People like Jim and Roger only come once in a lifetime. I know jim is with nan right now. God is greatful to have both of them. I will miss Jim very much but hope to be with him when i go. God bless you and your family. Your old neighbor and one of jims best friends.
