James worked for me on the Helios Laser Fusion Project in the late 1970's at the Los Alamos Scientific Lab. He was a very talented electronics person and made many things happen. Over the years I would see him at Viola's Restaurant -- always wearing his suspenders! We would often chat about the "good old days" and electronic hobby issues. He will surely be missed.
