Sandy..... When Betty told me about Jims passing, at the pantry, I had to sit down to let it sink in. I am so sorry for your loss, and please fee free to contact me if you need anything. I have plenty of free time on my hands and will be happy to drive you someplace if you need a ride. I'm going to miss your applesauce this year because my trees are on strike and didn't give me any apples. Betty said there was a big turnout at the service today, and that should make you feel good too... Hang in there....Bill Hill

Growing up we always looked up to Jimmy. He was there at the family farm, coming out to see us when we were sliding on the "Pasture Hill" on the power lines. I saw him a bit as I was working on their house they built with Chip Belyea, his cousin. But he was that older kid to me, I assumed he never really wanted to be around us because of the age difference. My thoughts and feelings will be of his family, both immediate and extended through this time.
