James Wilson Obituary
Born on February 21, 1984, in Las Vegas, Nevada, James was the son of Virginia Norton and Jim Wilson. He grew up in Las Vegas and graduated from Bonanza High School. James dedicated 21 years of his life to military service retiring as a Tsgt where he demonstrated strength, leadership, and unwavering support for his fellow service members. His steadfast commitment left a lasting impact on those who served alongside him.
Beyond his service, James found joy in building with Legos, collecting and rebuilding firearms, and camping. He especially loved celebrating the Fourth of July.
James is survived by his mother, Virginia Norton; his spouse, Leah Smith; and his children, Zoe and Finn. He was preceded in death by his stepfather, Ronald W. Norton, and his grandmother, Lois A. Stock.
A service honoring James's life will be held on March 14 at 1:00 PM at Spokane Veterans Cemetery. A celebration of life will follow.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
