Jamie Hillis Obituary
Jamie was full of life, humor, faith and charm. Her gregarious spirit attracted many friends. She loved animals dearly and had a very close bond to many pets over the years, but most recently, her dog, Jax. Jamie was an instrumental collaborator and worship leader at The Cross Church of Noble, Oklahoma.
Those left to cherish her memory are her parents; husband of ten years, Terry Hillis; children: Tyler Scoles and fiancée, Chelsey Herrin, Kayle Hillis and Lacy Hillis; sister, Sarah Hearn and brother-in-law, Brian; nephew, Sullivan; father and mother-in-law, Terry Sr. and Pam Hillis; brother-in-law, Chad Hillis and wife, Susie, brother-in-law, Rusty Hillis and wife, Brandy, and brother-in-law, Jacob Hillis; and numerous uncles, aunts, cousins and dear friends. She will be so deeply missed.
Visitation will be held 4:00 to 8:00 pm, Friday, December 15, 2017 at Primrose Funeral Service, 1109 N. Porter Ave, Norman, OK 73071. Funeral service will be held 2:00 pm, Saturday, December 16, 2017 at First Baptist Church, 301 NE 27th St., Moore, OK 73160. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery in Norman. In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to: Cross Church of Noble Building Fund, 5505 156th St., Noble, Oklahoma 73068.

There are no words that I can say to make this easier on your family other than, I understand the tough time that you have been through and the tough times that lye ahead. Be strong because God is with you a he will carry you through. I loved Jamie! Every one that knew her loved her. We had so much fun working together at Southwest Veterinary Hospital. The laughs were daily and I can still hear her saying "Its all Good". Rest in the house of the Lord Jamie. Love you Zoid!

Jamie I didn't know you all to well but I do know that you were the kindest and most caring person I ever met. You weren't afraid to share gods words to anyone who would listen. You were an amazing friend to my mom and little sister and I can't thank you enough for taking care of them. You have helped to put them on the path of redemption and there is still so much more to say, but even though you are gone all of us will continue to keep your spirit alive. You will be dearly missed jamie. Fly high sweet angel.

I don't know where to start or what to say. I think apart of me is still in denial and that this is not real. I have had the privilege of knowing a beautiful person for many years starting with dispatch, then as a police officer, a neighbor, and a friend. I would not have had it any other way. I miss you so much already and I will never forget that last time that I saw you. I find comfort in knowing that you are in Heaven with your fur babies and having a blast. Heaven has gained an angel so fly high!! Macie girl and I love you!!!

I miss you cuz...you were so crazy fun and loving, loveable, smart, able to remember so many stories...I loved being with you. And playing with you as kids. I am speechless and heartbroken.
