Jane A. Winter

Jane was born on August 28, 1950 and passed away on Monday, July 20, 2015. Jane was a resident of Jamestown, New York at the time of her passing. She was a graduate of Maple Grove High School, Jamestown Community College, Oswego State University and received a Master's in Education from Fredonia State University. Friends will be received from 4-7 p.m. Friday at the Lind Funeral Home, 805 W 3rd Street, Jamestown, NY. A celebration of her life will take place Saturday at Christ First United Methodist Church, 663 Lakeview Ave, Jamestown, NY led by Rev Natalie Hanson at 10 a.m. Some of Jane's favorite music will be performed prior to the service at approximately 9:30 a.m. Internment will be in Bemus Point Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Marvin Community House, 2 W. 5th Street, Jamestown, NY 14701; the Chautauqua County Humane Society, 2825 Strunk Road, Jamestown, NY 14701 or to Christ First United Methodist Church, 663 Lakeview Avenue, Jamestown, NY 14701.
