I only met Janet when I lived in Medford and she worked at City Hall. She always greeted me like I had known her all my life. And then, we ended up in Foxfire together. She was a lovely soul gone too soon.

Janet will be greatly missed. Janet was my cousin and we spent beautiful time together during my childhood and a few visits to Boston after we moved south. She sang Sweet Adeline´s with my mother. Janet was a great part of family. My love goes to Bill and the Morey family, be strong and God bless you all.

Janet was my older cousin, meaning I looked up to her and wanted to listen to her stories and learn all I could about her and her travels. Her smile was wide and wonderful! It embraced you with her warmth and humor. The Erwin families spent many summers at Newfound Lake. These were weeks share that are memories of Janet, her sisters Elaine and Marcia and many other cousins. Together we shared adventures and stories, sang, and swam making memories that have remained in my heart throughout my life. Janet will be missed by many who loved her so very much. I send my love and condolences to all her loving family.
