Jason Tarr Obituary
Mechanicsburg, IL—Jason E. Tarr, 43, of Mechanicsburg, went on to be with the Lord and his dad at 7:34 a.m. on Friday, April 6, 2018 at St. John's Hospital.
Jason was born November 15, 1974 in Springfield, the son of Dennis and Vicky Greene Tarr. He married Tracy Hurley on September 7, 1996.
He was preceded in death by his father, Dennis Tarr.
He is survived by his wife, Tracy Tarr; children, Shelby, Taylor, Jace, and Jackson Tarr; mother, Vicky Tarr; siblings, Gabriel (Alison) Tarr, Christy (Howard) Manuel, Ben (Ellie) Tarr, and Kaitlyn Tarr; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Karen and Bruce Oglesby; and aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation: Family will receive friends from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. on Monday, April 9, 2018 at Kirlin-Egan & Butler Funeral Home, 900 S. 6th St., Springfield.
Funeral Ceremony: 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, April 10, 2018 at Trinity Lutheran Church, 205 N. Campbell St., Edinburg with Rev. Spilker officiating.
Burial will follow at Mechanicsburg Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Jason E. Tarr Memorial Fund.

My husband was surprised to hear about the passing of Jason. He worked with Jason on the farm when he worked for Bob Etherton. He will keep the Tarr family in his prayers.
