We first met Jazell at the original Bensons Cafe, were she brought us breakfast & smiles, Jazell continued to do so until she went out on maternity leave. We were so saddend to hear of her passing and extend our deepest sympathies to her family and friends. The world is a bit dimmer for her passing and the heavens just gained another beautiful light.

I didn´t know Jazzelle as much as I would have loved to but her mom Gerry and I grew up best cousins like my only sister. I remember bringing my daughter Brittany over when her and Jazzelle were both babies. Jazzelle helped care for her little cousin Amari when I truly needed the help. I´m blessed to have this photo of her loving on little Amari. My heart is shattered for the pain my loving cousin Gerry and her husband Tim and son Colton are enduring. I have not stopped praying for love and Peace. Also at the family reunion last summer I picture Jazzelle boiling water for little Amaris favorite Ramen noodles. Thankyou for your love Jazzelle. Till we meet again. Fly with the angels sweet girl. Much love from your cousin Kelly .

My parents lived for many years across the street from her family. I remember her as a beautiful, loving teen who was very helpful and respectful of everyone, sadly a rare quality these days. I didn't know her very well personally, bur you didn't need to, you just knew what a good person she was.... so sorry Geri, Tim & Colton

Jazell was a kind beautiful soul who was the friendliest young lady with a heart as big as the outdoors. She was a very caring and understanding young woman that was always in a good mood even when working at the restaurant. Her beautiful smile and personality will truly be missed. My heart and prayers are with the family at this very difficult time. Thanks for the time we had as friends. Believe and be Relieved and always look to the light for you are never alone. Amen

I haven´t had a lot of time with Jazell because we live in Arizona but we got together less than a year ago when we had a family reunion and I was so happy to see her and most of our family that I don´t get to see often enough. She was very beautiful and always had such a wonderful smile.
Condolences , and much love to the whole family.

Jazell is my God sister. Her mother is my godmother and the entire family welcomed myself and my two brothers with open arms. They took myself and my two brothers into their home while we transitioned home from foster care. Jazell was a literal walking angel with the most adorable laugh and beautiful big blue eyes. She has never had a bad bone in her entire body. Jazell and I would spend HOURS listening to hinder (lips of an angel) skating around in the basement, playing pool, riding the ATVs around in the yard. We would play on the trampoline for hours on end. Jazell loved me like the sister I always wanted. That whole family is all pure love. I know my big brother Michael shattuck was at heavens gates to welcomed her home with open arms. I'm going to miss you Jazell I wish I had gotten to see you after all these years and I know one day we will meet again. Love you zelly

Jazell, "Zell" Taught me what it means to never judge anyone and how to respect all around you. She had such an amazing personality one that I´ll remember forever. Her smile could light up the darkest days and She was more than a friend she was family to me.

Zell, you will forever and ever be in our hearts, our thoughts our prayers. My first memory of you is your sweet squeaky little voice when you came into the video store with your brother and your dad when you were maybe 6 or 7. So sweet, so shy. You grew into such a beautiful young lady. Love you Zell.
