To the Legault Family, I am so very sorry for your loss. I was student at St. Pat's between 1990 and 1995 and I absolutely adored Mr. Legault. He was fun, fair, attentive and dedicated. Hi humour was contagious! My thoughts are with you at this time, and please know that I share a part of your sadness as Mr. Legault truly had a positive impact on my life. My deepest sympathies to the Legault family. He was a teacher I will never forget who had a great interest in his students and a passion for teaching. He holds a special place in my memories of high school, may he rest in peace.

Peter was a very dear and close friend. We laughed and shared many stories about our lives working out together at the Ray Friel Recreation Centre.
He taught me to act and not react.
My heart goes out to his sons. He talked about them with such pride and all the male bonding times they shared.
I use to tease him because when someone had a problem, they chose him to talk to. He was always there for everyone.
I will miss him dearly and a part of me has died with him.

Mr. Legault was always firm but fair. He was a great teacher and motivator. He was always caring and when he asked you how you were doing he was always genuinely interested in your response.
My deepest sympathies to his family I am sure he will be missed dearly.

Mr Legault has always held a special place in my heart. He became my teacher just as I lost my father in grade 9. As luck would have it, he taught me at least 1 course every year. I looked forward to school every year as I knew he would make every day special. He was not your average teacher, nor was he your average man. He was extremly caring and had the best sense of humor. He will be missed but will forever remain in my heart. My sympathies go out to his wife and his children. May you hold him close to your heart and keep his love alive.
