Jeanne Larkin Gamache, born on February 16, 1931, in Atlantic City, New Jersey, passed away peacefully on January 1, 2025, in North Wales, Pennsylvania. She was 93 years old.

A 1948 graduate of West Catholic High School, Jeanne spent most of her life in Northeast Philadelphia where she worked for the Internal Revenue Service.

She was the beloved mother of Jan Cawthorne and her husband Bill; Fred Gamache and his wife Jackie; and Sue Mattucci and her husband Mark. Jeanne was a proud grandmother to Chris, Alex, Alyssa, Jule, Emily, Christine, Maria, and Jack. She found great joy in the accomplishments and lives of her children and grandchildren.

Jeanne was a dear sister to Carol Larkin RSM and was predeceased by her husband of 64 years Maury, and siblings Rita Dowling and Paul Larkin.

A devout Catholic, Jeanne was a longtime member of St. Christopher Parish in Philadelphia. She actively participated in the parish's 50+ Club, where she was the founding president, forming lasting friendships and contributing to the vibrant community spirit.

Jeanne will be remembered for her dedication to family, faith, and service. Her memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. Services and interment at St John Neumann Cemetary will be private.

May she rest in eternal peace.
