Jeff was my cousin, and I have only good memories of him--what a sweet and caring man! He loved and accepted people for being exactly who they are, and that is what I admired most about him. I'm so sorry for such a loss to his family, friends, and of course, John. Rest peacefully, Jeff. You impacted my life in such a positive way and will be missed dearly.
