Jeff was a caring and loving person. He may not look the part but he sure acted the part. He would often times contact me asking how my mom and dad were doing offering any kind of assistance even financially. He was THAT GUY. I will miss his laugh and jokes and the stories we would recall with our families growing up together. I've thought of Jeff as my guardian angle back when I was 21. He saved me from potentially bleeding to death due to an accident I was in calling 911. Jeff will always be present in my heart and I hope to meet him again. Ride On!
