Jennifer Noel Irene Ward, 40, was born Dec. 25, 1982, and passed away June 15, 2023. Jennifer was known for her vibrant personality and gentle spirit.

Dear sister to Matthew Ward; beloved stepdaughter to Denise Gibson-Cox; loving niece, cousin, aunt, step-sister, half-sister, and friend to many.

Preceded in death by her son, Xander Cox; mom, Tammy (Randazzo) Cox; dad, Jeffrey Cox and father, Ricky Ward.

Jen grew up in Granite City, IL where she was surrounded by family and formed long lasting friendships. She graduated GC High School class of 2002 and was known to many as "Wiggles." Her devotion to family and loyalty to friends was deeply felt. Jen enjoyed working as a cook, loved music, animals and good times with family and friends. She leaves behind fond memories in the hearts of those who knew her.

A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, August 5, 2023 noon - 2 pm at

3C Celebration Community Church

2301 Orville Ave, Granite City, IL 62040 Pastor Jesse Tedder officiating.

We miss you terribly here in Arkansas. I just want to thank you for Loving my daughter for seven and a half years. Y'all was 2 peas in a pod. We still and always will treasure every moment we had with you. Squeeze Xander and my grandson Carson. Love and miss you forever Jen
