Jerry Lee Lewis was a singer and pianist who pioneered rock n' roll with hits including "Whole Lotta Shakin' Goin " and Great Balls of Fire." His legacy of music will still live on the radio. He will be truly missed and never be forgotten. We all know he is in good place now.

Jerry Lee Lewis was one of the first crop of rock pioneers inducted into the Rock Hall of Fame, a firey character who dominated the airwaves for decades. Piano students learned to play the Jerry pose, one foot on the key deck, for partying. Jerry set the standard for wild rockers and fans and made life a heap more fun. Thanks Jerry xxx

It was so sad and disheartening to hear that the world has lost another rock and roll legend. He was an entertainer who lived life to the fullest. He was energetic, full of life, and could could keep a crowd excited and motivated to sing and dance the night away. No doubt Mr. Lewis will be missed by all who knew him personally and professionally.
May you always keep treasured memories of Mr. Lewis in your heart . And may you also find comfort in knowing that those who have passed on in death God keeps in his memory because all are precious in his eyes. (Psalm 116:15)

I grew up wanting to play the piano like the original piano man, loved his Great Balls of Fire, and Shakin around on a piano with my butt in the air, like the southern gentleman he was. Never got to the altar like him, but hopefully my first wife and I can have a son named Jerry Lee to honor a great rocker!!!!! Rest in Peace!

I grew up listening to Jerry Lee, Elvis, Little Richard, Fats Domino and so many others. While in the USAF I met Jerry Lee in Harlingen, Texas when he performed there in 1959. Great performer!!! May he rest in peace and may his family be comforted at this time.
