Jesse Carlton Taylor was the son of the late Samuel Robert Taylor, Sr and Jessie Bertha Gale Taylor was born in Salisbury, Maryland on September 18th, 1936. He was the fourth of five children born to this union.

He peacefully departed this life on September 11th 2025 at 3:36pm.

"JC" as he was affectionately called by family and friends. He enlisted in the United State Navy and did two tours in Vietnam receiving an honorable discharge.

He met and married the love of his life, Pauline Taylor in Salisbury, Maryland. From this union they had two daughters, Anna Marie Taylor and Deborah C. Taylor.

He leaves behind his baby brother Ronald (Sylvia) Taylor of Oxon Hill. One sister-in-law Gloria Taylor Lewis of Salisbury, Maryland. And host of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Lord, give us the courage to face each day.

Having brothers means that when you need a friend, you never have to look further than your family. I had three brothers and a sister, who I will always cherish and remember. We shared good times and trying times. May their souls and the souls of the faithfully departed rest in peace. Until we are united again. Missing you each day!
