I am so sorry for your loss. The journey we now walk is difficult to say the least. I am here for you if you ever need to talk. I wrote a poem after my Anthony Paul left me and I wanted to share it with you. I hope it brings you a little touch of peace.
Letter from my child.
Please keep my memories close to your heart,
In your heart full of love, where I did start.
I am sorry that I can not be with you,
And believe me Momma, I miss you too.
I know when you think of me, sometimes you get blue,
These are the times, I come comfort you.
When I come around every once and awhile,
It makes my soul sing if I see you smile.
And I understand if I see tears in your eyes,
I know the pain when someone you love dies.
I know when you think of me, sometimes you worry,
But, I’m doing great here, so there’s no need to hurry.
So live out your life and make me so proud,
Until your time comes and we meet on our cloud.

Scooter & Robin, James & Sandy and the rest of the family, I know your hearts are breaking and I want you to know that I am praying for you and the entire family. Jessie was a beautiful young lady and I know she is exploring and enjoying Heaven. Robin, you sent me some very comforting emails during my husbands illness and death and it meant a lot to me. If there is anything I can do for you, please let me know. I'm only an hour away. I really enjoyed my time playing with Kristen. May God comfort you during this sorrowful time. I love you all.

In this time of horrendous grief, may the glow of God's love light your way, and may the warmth of His embrace give you peace and comfort. We did not know Jessica. We are friends of Larry and Brenda Duhon. Tremendous sorrow binds the souls of friends and strangers. We are praying for you that you will heal from this devastating loss. Jessica may be physically gone, but her spirit will always be present. This is the essence of ones being, the physical body will not last but the spirit will live on for eternity.
