Jessie was an amazing person. I remember going out to Cooks truck stop and she was always so nice and polite. She was always smiling. My husband Nick and his family knew Jessie very well. Him and his family kept horses out at the stables right next hers and her family. My friend Shauna also worked with Jessie too. I only knew her for a short time but from what I got know of her she was a great person. My heart goes out to her family. May God Bless you all during this time. She will be greatly missed by all that knew and loved her.
