McCabe, Jessica Sara (Slotnick) passed away unexpectedly at home on 11/12/13. Survivors include her husband, Gerald; parents, Elliot & Judith Slotnick; brother, Philip Slotnick; sister-in-law, Shara Lawson; nephews, Nathan & Benjamin Slotnick; aunt, Frances Roth and many cousins & friends. She also left behind a very special dog/friend, Candy. Jessica grew up in Commack, N.Y. and was employed before her illness at Verizon as a supervisor. She was also a supporter of Big Cat Rescue in Tampa and M.D.A. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to either charity in her name.
