Jessie was born in Marfa, TX May 12, 1933 and passed away on May 23, 2013,at the age 80, in Fresno California.

Jessie is survived by her husband of 63 years, Paul Armendariz and and her three sons, Paul Armendariz Jr and his wife Becky, Louie Armendariz and Henry Armendariz and his wife Nancy all of Fresno. Two Grandchildren, Paul A. Armendariz and his wife Jennifer and John M. Armendariz. She is also survived by siblings, Louie Cano and his wife Olivia, Pauley Cano and his wife Lelo and sister Matilde Cano.

Jessie moved from Marfa, Texas to Cantua Creek where she met her husband Paul O. Armendariz. Jessie and Paul were married on November 13, 1950 in Fresno, Ca. Jessie was a devoted housewife, mother, sister and friend to many. She loved to cook for family and friends, her Tacos were the best.

As with people she had a great love and compassion for her numerious cats. Jessie was a very strong person which had to do with her strong faith in GOD and his son JESUS CHRIST as her savior. There wasn't a day that went by that she mentioned how much she Loved GOD and JESUS his son.

As all her family and friends new, Jessie loved to sing and one of her favorites was "How Great Thow Are" sung by her favorite singer "Elvis Presley". Jessie's faith was so strong she new that one day she would see her loved ones in heaven, We will all miss you very much Jessie, see you soon.
