My thoughts and prayers have been with your entire family during the past year, and now even more at this difficult time. God lead you during Jillian's illness and now HE has lead her home, and THANKS BE TO HIM because she is now at peace.

Joel, Jill and Girls: We were so sad to hear the news of Jillian's passing. She is with God now and will be your guardian angel. You may not remember us, we are the aunt and uncle of Cody Yohn. We met you at Hershey Medical Center and were so feeled with hope and faith after speaking with you at this difficult time. Jillian can now be with Cody and they can enjoy their own soccer game. Our prayers and thoughts are with you and your family at this very sad time. God Bless You.
