Jimmie, you were such a nice guy, I liked you from the first time I met you when you tried to make me feel comfortable about my southern accent by letting me know I wasn't the only one...I got to be around you quite a bit, and I was really fond of you. You are really going to be missed by so many people and were definitely loved by many, myself included. Heaven has another awesome musician! I'll see you again someday my friend.

Hey Jimmie,
I miss you already. I'm glad I had the opportunity to share so much with you. We were both blues junkies & a big fan of Angel. She allowed us to have alot of fun & be kids again too. I know you are at a better place with the Lord taking care. And you're probably already looking around for Stevie Ray Vaughn. I hold you in my heart.
Luv, debbie (2-dogs)

Kentucky Jim,
You will be missed by all within the Pittsburgh area blues community. There are a lot of us who were proud to call you their friend. Heaven now has a home for a great guitarist and a brother in the blues. God Bless you. My deepest condolences to your family from my family and I and all of the members of the BSWPA.
