What though the radiance which was once so bright
Be now for ever taken from my sight,
Though nothing can bring back the hour
Of splendour in the grass, of glory in the flower;
We will grieve not, rather find
Strength in what remains behind...

May the love of friends and family carry you through this sad time.

At a time when words fall short,
may God answer each prayer spoken for you with strength of heart, peace of mind, and comfort in the midst of sorrow.

With Sympathy and Prayer,
Praying God will comfort you as you
grieve the loss of your loved one.

To my cousins and their families,
May God bring you comfort at this time. I have been praying for all of you and for Joanne. I included her name tonight among the deceased that my church holds a hauntingly beautiful sung prayer service for every Friday during Lent, which includes:
O, Lord grant those who have fallen asleep eternal rest in a "place of light, a place of verdure and a place of tranquility, from which pain, sorrow and mourning have fled."
"Blessed are they whom you have chosen and taken to yourself, O Lord."
I am sorry that I couldn't make it for the funeral. I will say a prayer Saturday afternoon. And I will have a Divine Liturgy celebrated for the repose of Joanne's soul at my church next week.
Love and God bless
Cousin Susie
May God grant her Eternal Rest. Amen.

Those we love don't go away,
They walk beside us every day,
Unseen, unheard, but always near,
Still loved, still missed and very dear.

Joanne, you will live forever in our hearts.

I worked with Joanne at the TD Bank at Sherway Gardens 25 years ago. She was a riot to work with. Lot's of good fun and laughs. My thoughts are with you.

Joanne I hope you were met with a big party in your honor. I know there are as many angels in heaven waiting to greet you again as there are family and friends who are grieving your loss today. Peace finally be with you Joanne.
