I didn't have the pleasure of knowing him but his wife is an online friend of mine and boy oh boy did she suffer in a different way right alongside him. RIP Mr. Jody and please know how loved you are, Michelle!

We go four wheeling on this path and I would scared to death but I got over it and we would have a blast

Jody! You will be missed by so so many. Loved and always looked forward to getting to see you, and your phone calls. Your warm, caring heart was exceptional. Wishing your family nothing but peace in this difficult time.

When he purchased his Dodge Challenger he wanted to come over and show it to me and his lovely wife said that I wouldn´t be interested, but when he knocked on my door I was just as excited as he was about his new car. The good one´s always depart us first.

I met Jody when I ran linehaul for CCX from PittsburghXPG to Hagerstown XHG. I met Jody in the yard when I was picked to jockey trailers.
Being new to jockeying, Jody was invaluable for his experience and work ethic!
He was fast, professional, highly skilled and always "entertaining"!
What a sense of humor! He kept us all laughing! To this day, I still use one of his favorite responses. "Youuuuu betcha"!
I wish I would have lived closer, to better know him! My fondest memories at XHG all include Jody! I pray for Jody, and all his family and friends! He will be remembered with love, and never be forgotten! I pray his family finds comfort knowing he's painfree and wrapped in our Lord's loving arms.
