Natalie, Nick, Mia, and Patti,
It seems like a lifetime ago that we were all at St. Irenaeus. I am sorry to be so late with our condolences (Leanna, Carla, and myself), but we literally just found out this morning. My husband David passed away in late October from cancer, so I understand your feelings. I am glad you have good memories of your family, and that you got to spend time together. RIP, John.

Russ Williams here. This was quite a shock to me Carmie.John and I literally grew up together as you know. You and John SR helped me to grow out also with your wonderful Italian cooking!I have not been back to Oakmont but rarely for the last ten years but will now forever rue the fact that I did not visit this guy with his wonderful laugh the few times that I did visit. So many memories, like the day in 1962 when we stripped the old wallpaper off the walls when you moved to Oakmont.I am so sorry for your loss, and that I will not have the chance to visit with my old friend.

John was a special man, who I was fortunate enough to spend time with during our early days.
Funny, talented and intelligent are words that don't emphasize enough the glow he brought to all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
Miss you John

I send my deepest sympathies to your family during this hard time. I remember John from bowling at Rosedale Lanes in Penn Hills. He was always a comedian and always tried his best. He had a bowling throw he called the "switchback". Hahaha. He was definitely a character. I'm glad I got to know John at bowling and just not as a chiropractor. He was a family man for sure. Rest easy!!!
