John has often been in my thoughts over all these years. I knew John when I lived in Meremere, he was 3 years older than myself. He attended the Youth Club held in the Village Hall, John had a cheerful smile and was well liked by everyone. It was a deep shock to learn of his tragic passing. John is sadly missed to this day. Anzac Day 2019.
